Curd – 1/4 cup
Oil – 1/4 cup
Mosambi juice – 1/2 cup
Mosambi zest – 1 tsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
In a bowl add in add in curd, oil, mosambi juice and whisk it all well.

Mix it all well until no lumps.
Transfer the prepared batter in a greased tin.
Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Bake the cake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes or until the skewer comes out clean.
Once baked, let the cake come to room temperature.
